Did you know that your appointment may be fully covered by your insurance? I am an in-network provider for a growing list of insurance companies.  

However, coverage can vary by plan. To determine your eligibility and coverage, I recommend reaching out to your insurance provider directly.

I’m here to support you throughout this process. I can provide the necessary documentation to support your insurance claims, including invoices and receipts. 

I recommend that you verify your coverage benefits for nutrition counseling prior to us working together. Some plans require a referral from your doctor or have specific criteria for reimbursement, so I always recommend getting a referral just in case it is required.
